Sunset Vista is spectacular. This property was clean & very comfortable. The hosts were quickly responsive to questions & very helpful. A notebook for guests was filled with great ideas for things to do and some lesser-known hikes.

Everything you could imagine and more ready for us. This is a fabulous place to stay and the kids loved it also. Walking trails nearby and best of all a ranch resort, with pool, mini golf etc. traveled the Zion road many times as it is kind of out there a little ways from downtown but really worth the drive everyday we had centralized activities planned. Don’t forget your receipt or pass as you will need to pay again. Hot tub, great kitchen with plenty to use to keep everyone going. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home!! The accommodations were great for our family of eight. The location was perfectly situated between Zion and Bryce Canyon. We utilized the fun excursions at East Zion Adventures near the VRBO at Ponderosa Ranch. So happy we found this place! Don’t hesitate - just book it!!

Had an absolute incredible time at the property. Kraig and Logan were on top of everything. We had a family of 10 and we should have brought more.. place is huge and very peaceful. Appreciate the great experience!
