Once you see this breathtaking landscape, you won’t want to leave. Everything inside this cozy cottage is brand new. Our cottage is the perfect mix of charm and convenience. Located only 7 minutes to the quaint town of Burnsville and only 30 minutes from downtown Asheville, our cottage in situated in the ideal location. Grab a book and cup of coffee and sit on the deck while taking in the fresh morning air, enjoy the beautiful vistas and sounds of the rushing creek or get some much needed R&R in our new hot tub or enjoy roasting marshmallows by the fire pit under a blanket of stars. This is the perfect place to kick back and relax. Whether your looking for the perfect romantic mountain getaway or a retreat to reflect and get some time alone. This is the perfect place! What are you waiting for? The mountains are calling you!
**Please Note: There is a local park called Cane River Park located about 5 minutes from the property. Guest have access to go here and fish and play in the river**

****About our Cabins****
You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from VRBO, Flipkey etc…A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.
GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS!

Also feel free to use any of the spices, sugar, creamers etc… that are generally stocked in the fully equipped kitchen.
This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.
PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.
CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies.
SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.
FIRES: Guests are welcome to use the fire pit year-round. However, we do not provide firewood. You can purchase this at many of the local convenience stations, local grocery stores or Walmart. It's generally around $5 per bundle.
NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
LONG TERM RENTALS: Please send an inquiry for details.

Cabin was clean and as exactly as described. The property managers were communicative and details of the check in and checkout process were clear. Beautiful and remote property. Would recommend.

The location was great! Just over 20 minutes to Hatley Pointe, which is why we came to the area. We also went to Asheville, which was about 30 minutes away. The house was very nice and as advertised. There were all basic amenities that we could have needed. The house seems new or recently updated, which is great. Everything within the house was very clean except the master bedroom sheets did not appear clean when we went to go to bed the first night. There was even several hairs between the sheets. Thankfully, there was a clean set of sheets folded in the closet that we were able to put on the bed so it wasn't a huge issue. The only other negative was that the hot tub had a decent amount of debris in it, especially settled into the bottom and the seats. We wanted to use it, but ended up not getting in there because of this. Overall, we really liked the house aside from the things mentioned.

The house was in good shape and had everything we expected from the pictures and descriptions. The rental team was very responsive and helpful. The hot tub was in great shape and a nice bonus after a day of skiing.
