Completely remodeled interior 2300 square foot modern home with 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths and office. Enjoy the open split floor plan, volume ceilings and ample storage. Located in desirable Whitlock subdivision, a quiet, family cul-de-sac neighborhood. This home sleeps 6 with 1 king, 1 queen and 1 full bed. Just bring your toothbrush.
Tastefully updated in January 2022 with quartz counter-tops, laminate floors, fresh paint throughout and all new linens and mattresses. Super clean home with everything you would expect at your own home. Prepare meals in the large kitchen with 4 seat bar. The kitchen comes completely equipped with small appliances, cookware, every tool you could ask for, paper products, spices and coffee. Snuggle up to the fireplace in the family room on the brand new furniture or enjoy your coffee out on the large covered, screened-in rear patio with 1/2 bath and wet bar while you gaze out at the beautiful bamboo. Then get your work done in the large fully furnished office with another beautiful view out the front windows. Also a hutch in the living room is provided as an optional workspace.
