★ Bathrooms & beds: a king room, a bunk-and-double room and a double-bunk room share one full bathroom for up to 8 guests.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet. Please disclose pets before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 4 guests, then $15 per extra guest per night. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.
