Set on a 500 m² lot, the house includes everything you need for an unforgettable vacation: a private pool, BBQ grill, and a trampoline that’s perfect for kids (and kids at heart).
Perfect for those who appreciate a more classic style without sacrificing comfort or beachfront access.
The Space:
With 500 m² of space, HOP Mykonos is designed to offer comfort and warmth in every corner. It features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious social areas, a private pool, and an inviting outdoor zone for gatherings. Its classic architecture and décor create a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the property, including the pool, kitchen, shared areas, BBQ, and trampoline. Free private parking is included, as well as access to the condominium’s shared areas and beach.
The Neighborhood:
HOP Mykonos is located in the second row of the exclusive Playa del Carmen gated community, with direct access to the beach, 24/7 security, and multiple common areas such as playgrounds, lagoons, a clubhouse, and nature-filled walking trails.
Getting Around:
The community is located at kilometer 204 of the Panamericana Sur highway, just 2 hours from Lima. Within minutes, you’ll find minimarkets, gas stations, and direct access to Chincha, Pisco, Paracas, and Ica, perfect for exploring the southern coast!
Other Things to Note:
The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay.
The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies.
Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car.
Parties and loud music are not allowed in accordance with condominium rules.
Interaction with Guests:
We offer self check-in, a host available via WhatsApp during your stay, and a housekeeper who will greet you upon arrival. Maintenance staff is available daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. You may also hire a private chef or cleaning staff for an additional fee.

Perfect home for a few days to relax by the pool. The beach is 3 min. walking distance and we can even hear it from the room on the top floor!
They advertise it as « brand new » but it has to have a year or two. Cleanliness of the floors and the kitchen should be improved but overall a very noce stay with the family.
