Great location right on the beach. Very close to shops, restaurants, boardwalk and more. Very good water pressure and strong AC unit. It was hot while we where there (90 and high humidity) and we were able to get the room downright chilly at night for sleeping. Easy access to the beach and although we didn't use it, the pool area was clean and well kept. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a good location, who doesn't need much communal living space as this really is two bedrooms connected by a small kitchenette area.

We stayed only one night in this unit. It was as advertised and the host was quick to communicate with us. Check in was easy. Take advantage of the early bird check in if you can. We wish we would have. Unit was clean and convenient to many restaurants and attractions. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The room itself was clean, the set up was odd. There was no couch and the bathroom is in the kitchen. The building was dated and dirty, there was heavy use of marijuana around the property and in elevator. Check process was easy and the owner seemed nice.
