Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Place was nice, small complex which I liked. Could use an overhaul on some paining of doors and trim. Beds comfortable. Dryer doesn’t work well at all and no hangers in closets. Would I stay there again, yes but have stayed at much nicer places in the area!

View was fabulous! Outdoor chairs were nice. Set up of condo was nice. Beds were super comfy! Pretty clean although air conditioning closet was filthy. Broken blind in master bedroom. Dresser drawers falling apart. Dryer didn’t work well at all. One roll of TP for each bathroom. I would recommend allowing guests to leave salt, pepper, cooking oils, paper plates, coffee and filters, etc. This is the first condo we’ve stayed in that didn’t allow that. Beach closet downstairs was awful with lots of rotting items and bugs. We straightened it up a bit but it needs a thorough cleaning and items thrown out. Overall, we would stay again but only for a much lower price.

The view was the best thing about this property, it was amazing! The property is old and outdated. There were stains on walls, two of the tvs in the bedrooms didn’t work, stains in the master bathroom tub, the mirror in the master bath was hard to see thru, the dryer had to run through two cycles for clothes to be dried and the elevator had a strong smell of burnt oil and made loud noises with each use. The property was in a great location. Close to many restaurants and activities. The beach was great. We did not reach out to property management, just made due with what we had.
