Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay, including all 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining area, and kitchen. They will also have access to the common areas and amenities available at Livix, while respecting the building’s rules at all times. Access to the apartment is convenient and secure, allowing guests to enjoy a peaceful and hassle-free stay.

It’s an excellent base for exploring the city and experiencing the cosmopolitan side of Mexico City.

Getting around Polanco is very convenient, especially if you enjoy walking and exploring the city at your own pace. Its streets provide easy access to many points of interest, while nearby Metro stations and public transportation options make longer trips simple. You can also use bike-sharing services, taxis, or ride-hailing apps like Uber. From here, it’s easy to connect with other areas of Mexico City, whether you’re discovering new neighborhoods, visiting museums, or continuing your city adventure.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



* We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



* Parking a vehicle, whether inside the property or on public streets, is the sole responsibility of the guest. The accommodation assumes no responsibility for theft, damage, or any other incident affecting vehicles or any belongings left inside them.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.



Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
