Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay, including all three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, the living and dining areas, and the fully equipped kitchen. The building also offers access to its shared amenities and common areas, according to the building’s rules and availability. We want you to feel completely at home while enjoying a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Just steps away, you’ll find acclaimed restaurants, cafés, boutiques, galleries, and shopping centers, as well as iconic landmarks such as the Soumaya Museum, the National Museum of Anthropology, and Chapultepec Park. Its privileged location combines elegance, tranquility, and easy access to the city’s main areas.



Getting Around:

Getting around Polanco is easy and convenient thanks to its prime location and wide variety of transportation options. 🚶‍♀️ Many of the area’s top attractions, restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and shopping centers are within walking distance. For longer trips, you can use the Metro, Metrobús, Ecobici, Uber, and other ride-hailing apps. Major avenues such as Paseo de la Reforma and Ejército Nacional also provide easy access to areas like Chapultepec, Condesa, Roma, and Mexico City’s Historic Center.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



*We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



* Parking a vehicle, whether inside the property or on public streets, is the sole responsibility of the guest. The accommodation assumes no responsibility for theft, damage, or any other incident affecting vehicles or any belongings left inside them.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.



Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
