About this house rental
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage 6 miles to downtown , Opryland and other great attractions in Nashville. This home sleeps 10 comfortably it has 4 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms. There is a huge outdoor patio area with a bar , hot tub , fire pit and a beautiful back yard .
I live very close by the cottage so I can be there if you need me but I want to give you space to enjoy your stay with your guests !
Our Cottage is located in Donelson a sweet neighborhood hugging the Cumberland River it is home to the famed Grand Old Opry country music hall and the adjacent Opryland resort and shopping mall. A hip southern eateries and craft beer pubs , wine bars that are along our main road Lebanon Pike . We have seasonal Fridays Farmers Market that draw crowds for artisanal eats and live music. A greenway trail bisects sprawling Stones River bend Park for a fun bile ride or walk.
You have the home to your self during your stay the hot tub and yard are all part of the wonderful experience of the home.
Our sweet Cottage is set up for the best vacation experience , we have tried to think of everything you might need.
The house has beds to sleep everyone comfortably 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms .
Bedroom 1-Queen, Bedroom 2 - 2 bunk beds , Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, Bedroom 4 - King bed. Pack and play available upon request.
There is a large outdoor patio area with a bar and a hot tub as well as a spacious private yard with a fire pit , grill a swing and plenty of parking.
We are on the bus route and Nashville has mass transit , Uber and Lyft as well as Hop on hop off trolly from Downtown and Opryland.
We are in a residential neighborhood and we like our neighbors so please be respectful and keep your voices to a nice level when you are outside enjoying yourself .

This was hands down the best vacation rental property I’ve ever experienced. The home felt like someone turned Grandma’s house into a luxury hotel. Absolutely everything was perfect for our girls getaway weekend. Plenty of places to gather. Comfortable furniture inside and out. Everything we needed in the kitchen to make ourselves at home. The neighborhood was beautiful and we felt safe. It’s close the the airport, Opryland and not far from downtown. I would stay there again. If you looking for a place for a group of friends getaway, this is the place.

Hot tub was slow to heat and lost water overnight but we enjoyed it !

The house was clean and tastefully decorated. The accommodations were perfect for our friend reunion trip with comfortable beds to sleep in, large common areas to gather in, and a spacious porch with a hot tub. We appreciated the location, which was close to the airport and downtown and in a cute, safe neighborhood. The host was also very communicative

GOOD POINTS: A nice home close to the airport. Good communications with the host. When the hot tub failed to work, they remedied the situation with a partial refund. A nice sunroom with a big table. BAD POINTS: Right on the flight path. Loud airplanes overhead every 5 minutes or so, beginning very early. Disturbed our sleep. Ants in the kitchen. None of the bathrooms connected to any bedroom, which leaves awkward shower to room walks. One of the swings by the firepit is broken.
