This 50 sq m apartment features two separate bedrooms, one double with a double wardrobe, and a living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction stovetop, Nespresso coffee machine, and basic amenities. The private bathroom includes a shower, bed linens and towels, soap, hairdryer, and shower gel. White marble floors, air conditioning and heat pumps, and a keypad lock are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available. The accommodation facility has 3 paid parking spaces. The parking space for a single reservation must be requested by the customer and confirmed by the accommodation facility.
Check-in is completed entirely online through a dedicated system, allowing guests to register their details, upload their identification documents, and easily and securely complete payment of the tourist tax and any parking fees. The room was very clean and roomy. Well furnished. Hot water only lasted 45 minutes to shower for 4 people. Host was not feeling well, so communication was poor as we arrived. Instructions on how to enter building not very clear. Overall, not bad for value. Was about 18 minute walk to Duomo.
