The location was great and within walking distance to popular spots around Roma Norte and Condesa. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, including Eumir. Our flight did not leave until later in the afternoon and he kindly offered a later check-out by noon.
It was a little noisy at night but this can't be avoided when being located in a lively part of town. Staff provided ear plugs at the bedside to accommodate for this! I noticed it did take a little longer for the water in the shower to warm up but no other concerning issues.

Wonderful location, beautiful building, laundry on-site, communicative host, comfortable bed
Had to switch apartments after the first night due to lack of privacy. The second apartment provided privacy but had electrical issues in the bathroom and water temperature issues. The place doesnt have a/c only fans which was sufficient. The dish sponge in the closet was dirty.
