Perfekte Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von einem Strand entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt tolle Bars und nette Restaurants. Geräumige klimatisierte Zimmer und kostenloses Parkplatz für zwei Autos.
Leider keine Waschmaschine. Leider war Rasen um die Gartentisch zu hoch. Küchentisch hats gewackelt. Wenn man alle diese kleinigkeiten beseitigt. Dann wäres es perferkt.

Great accommodation, nice local beaches and lovely restaurants. Owner was very attentive and helpful. Really good place for exploring the area. Pisa is 20 minutes drive, Florence was about an hour to the park & ride then 20 minutes on the tram.
Private beaches get really busy.
