I liked how big yet small it was, came with a lot of amenities. The price was excellent especially with the property having a hot tub. Communication was also a 9/10, decent reply time. Backyard was very private, very comfortable and homey.
The property had a “gas” smell the whole time we were there. First day was okay, second day was crazy strong! I did communicate this to the owner and he said it was normal but if we would like we could get it fixed, decided not to since we were leaving the next day. It does have a lot of rule but that is totally understandable. Beds were a little creaky, not crazy clean but it’s decent unless you’re being nosey you can’t see the dust underneath stuff or behind the curtains. Also had a lot of broken stuff that we did take note of as soon as we got there just in case we were to be blamed but communicated some stuff immediately to avoid any fees since it wasn’t from us. Some decorations were chipped (not noticeable unless you’re nosey), the blinds on the back door had a broken slat, living room had a curtain rod that was hanging (had to be careful with that because it did look fragile). Dining table had about 2 chairs that had wonky feet we avoided using those due to not wanting to be blamed.
