Extremely good value for money - four star facilities at three star prices right in the middle of Enna
Breakfast was awful. WiFi never worked. There were hardly any staff in evidence with one overworked receptionist apparently working around the clock and one very surly waiter on breakfast.

Location was great
Breakfast was very disappointing. The eggs were overcooked and cold, the bacon cold and leathery, the fruit juice machine was broken and so there was no juice at all.
The swimming pool was dirty, there were no pool towels and we were locked out there so had to find an emergency exit into the street and walk up the hill to get back to reception.
The first night the bar was not open and although I did get the receptionist to serve a drink, it was grudgingly.

Love,y hotel in good position.
The staff! On arrival we had to great them, and they didn’t even get out of their chair. Very cold reception.
At breakfast the staff on duty were also very rude. Did not acknowledge us, did not check if we needed anything. We felt uncomfortable. The coffee machine made horrible coffee. Yet I saw the waitress bring coffee from the kitchen to a small group of Italians.
Our friends stayed at a B&B and they were treated with respect and treated them and us like long lost friends. They carried their luggage and parked their car for them.
The breakfast was amazing and honestly made. Now THAT IS SERVICE!
No parking available for us at hotel, yet staff took the parking spots, even the disabled parking spot.
Very expensive for rude service!
