The 718 Bungalow is a fully private guest suite with its own separate entrance at the front of the property. Though attached to the main home, it's completely self-contained, with no shared indoor spaces- just your own space from the moment you arrive.
Inside the Suite
You'll find a queen bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, a modern bathroom with a full shower, a workspace with a desk and chair for anyone who needs to stay connected, a mini fridge and microwave, and a Keurig coffee bar stocked with essentials. A Smart TV rounds things out. The design throughout is clean and intentional, with neutral tones, curated art, and soft lighting that make the space feel like a boutique hotel room.

Parking is available on the street rather than a private driveway. It's a quiet residential road with plenty of room to park.
The Neighborhood
College Park is one of Orlando's most walkable, tree-lined neighborhoods. Edgewater Drive comes alive in the summer months; grab a coffee at Lineage or dinner at Tap Room at Dubsdread, both an easy walk away.
Getting Around
Winter Park's Park Avenue is about 10 minutes away; Downtown Orlando and Lake Eola are 10-12 minutes, Universal Studios and Epic Universe are 20-25 minutes, and Disney World is 35–40 minutes. AdventHealth Orlando is just 5 minutes away, and Dubsdread Golf Course is within walking distance.
