There is a EV charger available for guests with electric vehicles. The model is J1772
*Security Cameras - Please note that there is a camera at the front door, a camera on the south side exterior, and a camera towards a back deck that sees the hot tub, the shed, and the deck furniture . These cameras are not regularly monitored, and are only there for security purposes. *Indoor alarm system- If the alarm is set and triggered it takes a picture but it's not streaming photos of the guest.
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest.

This was the BEST most perfect stay for our girls weekend. The open spaces and room sizes were fantastic for our group. We love love loved this stay.

The house is beautiful and clean. Great location. We were not pleased to see a camera inside on the alarm system. One other bummer was that the master bedroom has a massage chair but the plug has a lock on it. It felt a little tacky to have a feature in the house but we weren’t allowed to use it. The house is really nice and I do understand there is a risk of damage, but it changed the feel a bit-like we weren’t fully welcome there. Overall a great stay and the host was apologetic about the chair. I do think it’s required to notify guests if you have cameras and I don’t think it’s appropriate at all to have them inside the home. We simply added some tape over the camera, so just a heads up if you stay here. The indoor camera was in the alarm panel by the garage door.

Beautiful home, very organized and clean. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, lots of space for our family of six. Great spot!

Very clean beautiful property. Great location close to the beach. Cathy was very accommodating when we had a question about the hot water. Everything was wonderful and we would stay there again.
