This is your new favorite vacation spot. A spacious, two-level condo located just across the courtyard from the beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan. It's the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy quality time with family and friends. You're close to all the action but can always retreat to your peaceful home away from home.
Accessibility Note: Please note that stairs are required upon entry to reach the main living level of this unit.
Courtyard Setting: This unit faces the peaceful interior courtyard, offering a quieter, more tranquil setting just a short stroll from the shore (no direct lake view).
Exclusive Resort Amenities Included
This unit has officially opted into full resort privileges! To make your booking seamless, the $150/stay resort fee is embedded directly into your nightly total amount, granting your entire group access to a premier lineup of amenities and activities, including:
Indoor Waterpark Facility: Enjoy entry access to the premier resort waterpark facility (note pass policy below).
Pools & Lounging: Access to the Sandbar Grill (outdoor pool, sun deck, fire pits) and a 21+ Adult Swim hour with a poolside bar.
Dining & Nightlife: Elevated dining at Beacon Restaurant, live music and drinks at On The Rocks Bar & Grill, and nightly lakeside bonfires with s'mores.

IMPORTANT: Waterpark Pass Policy
While your embedded resort fee grants you access to the resort grounds and the waterpark facility, waterpark admission wristbands are NOT included in the rental total.
Guests are fully responsible for purchasing their own daily waterpark passes directly at the venue. Passes are $40 per guest, per day. Please factor this into your budget if your group plans to swim in the indoor waterpark!
Parking & Guest Access
Designated Parking: This unit includes two designated parking spots. Please park only in the spaces labeled with your specific unit number. Parking in any other labeled spot may result in your vehicle being ticketed or towed at your own expense.
Overflow Parking: Additional parking is available in the municipal lot located just northwest of the courtyard units. Nearby street parking is also available.
Easy Keyless Entry: The unit features a secure, keyless lock. Your unique door code will be sent to you shortly before your check-in date.
Starter Supplies Provided
Starter essentials are provided to help you settle in comfortably. This includes:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 paper towel roll
2 dishwasher pods & a small bottle of dish soap (with sponge)
2 laundry pods
Bath towels and fresh linens
A few garbage bags
Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items they may need during their stay. Please note: we do not supply beach chairs or beach towels, so guests should bring their own.

A beautiful setting. Very clean and spacious, perfect for our group of seven. I would highly recommend it and and we plan to come back next year. (A few small things of note , the key system was cumbersome but our host was kind enough to come over and help us . The kitchen could use more paper products, dish towels, hotpads and some foil or Saran wrap.)Thank you
