About this house rental
10 minutes from Baylor University and Magnolia Place in downtown Waco also the river walk on Brazos river. 800 sq ft converted cotton gin seed house on 1 private acre 1.5 miles west of I-35 just north of Waco .upstairs bedroom loft with 2 queen size beds ,sleeper sofa downstairs with 65” tv , dvd player, nice fully stocked kitchen, including wine, margarita glasses. a new electric range, a coffee bar that is well stocked with coffee, hot chocolate cider and teas as well as complementary water fruit and breakfast snacks. there are condiments in the side by side refrigerator. bathroom with full 16” rain shower and tub, complemntary shampoo , body wash and conditioner. large back patio and 2 car covered parking. . Bar b que pit with charcoal and starter fluid. horseshoes and family friendly games. 7 miles from Czech town of West with a pizza place. The Tipsey Lion ,The Czech American home style cooking , two amigos Mexican and a couple of bars Wolfs sports bar and Mynar’s and The fillin station bar and grille . Hair dryer, first aid kit , Keyless entry. Private, quiet, small goldfish pond, bird feeders as well as humming bird feeders and bird baths great place to watch several variety of birds including Roadrunners! Everything you need to make a fire in the fire pit. Outside patio has a dining table with 4 chairs and a bench ,two rocking chairs, a wicker couch and two chairs. well lit for sitting after dark. The property is well maintained and has been landscaped with Texas loving plants.

We were there for a Baylor graduation. The host was very responsive when a fire detector went off unexpectedly. There was wonderful indoor and outdoor seating.
