A cozy house decorated with love, located in the heart of the Maremma,
It is a 70 m2 apartment accessed via a single step, with a private entrance, created by restoring part of an old mill dating from the second half of the 1600s, which is now the owner’s home.
It is a very comfortable and cozy apartment for 2 people, featuring a large living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and dining table; a double bedroom; and a bathroom with double sinks and a shower (hairdryer).
An iron and ironing board are also provided.
Terrace surrounded by laurel trees for your privacy, furnished with a breakfast table, a sitting area, and umbrellas for shade.

On the property, there are two other structures, including an apartment and a house;
There are two other structures on the same property. Each house has its own outdoor space, and the only shared space is the swimming pool. A specific color is assigned to the sunbeds for each house.


THE COST OF THE STAY DOES NOT INCLUDE (to be paid upon arrival, cash only)
- The security deposit: €300, which will be refunded after checkout, provided there is no damage and the cleaning meets acceptable standards
- The cost of air conditioning will be calculated based on usage and deducted from the security deposit
- Guest fee: €1.50 per person for the first 14 days (except for children under 14 years of age).
- Cleaning for stays longer than 7 nights: an additional 5€ in cash per day.
- 25€ in cash for each change of linens
- Shower gel, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are not included.
- Oil, vinegar, and pepper are not provided.

ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT:
- Household linens (sheets, towels, and kitchen towels)
- Liquid soap for hands and dishes (not for the dishwasher)
- 2 rolls of toilet paper
Household cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner are provided


There is no air conditioning, as the walls of the house are thick; with a few precautions—such as not leaving the windows open during the day—the house stays cool

It is 9 km from Grosseto and Roselle (an archaeological site) and 19 km from the beach at Parco dell’Uccellina, a WWF Oasis (where you can go horseback riding and canoeing); 22 km from Marina di Grosseto; 30 km from Castiglione della Pescaia; 79 km from Siena, 144 km from Florence, 165 km from Pisa, and more. We’re happy to share our recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and places to visit. We’ll be there to welcome you upon your arrival and provide as much information as possible; after that, we’ll meet from time to time in the large park surrounding the house.
