The property was very clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony were incredible. The AC worked very well and provided great reprieve from the summer time heat. Location was excellent - a short walk from all the main old town attractions.

This villa is in an amazing location and has tons of space. The host was very kind and accommodating, and was available throughout our stay. There was air conditioning, a washing machine, and wifi. The place has a wonderful view of the entire Old Town from the balcony at the top floor.

The property was amazing! Modern comfort inside the walls, minutes from the heart of the town. Very safe, very quiet, very spacious, and very COOL! New air conditioners in every room made the hot summer nights cozy and comfortable. The owner was very responsive, helpful, and friendly; she helped arrange transportation, really a flawless experience.
Not anything I didn't like, but be aware that it is a very VERTICAL property, meaning there are a lot of stairs to navigate in the property and around it, so make sure you are capable of navigating them.

The location was very central and had easy access to all main attractions/ restaurants and main street.
The property was very clean and had stunning views from the third floor.
Very good quality kitchen and toilet appliances.
Getting to the property was extremely difficult, with multiple steep flights of stairs in the old town and also three more floors inside the property. Some amenities were lacking such as no air conditioning in bedrooms and no full-length mirrors for dressing.
The host was hard to reach and refused to answer phone calls, only replying via text. During our stay, we had a power outage, and also the main door lock jammed, which kept us inside until the next afternoon. Host had to give us the master key.
Worst of all, the driver recommended by the host used filthy, abusive language toward my wife and gave her the middle finger. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour for any stay, let alone a luxury booking.
