Dunhuang County Posthouse

Gente muy amable y servicial

The hotel is near Mingsha Shan(singjng/echoing mountain). The owner drove us to see the attraction and offered to pick us up. In fact, we just walked back along shops and local restaurants (20 minutes). The tickets entitled 3-day entry, so we visited again in the early morning. By car, it is very near to station and Mogao Caves too (about one sterling pound each way)! For just over 1 sterling pound, we get a taxi to the night market, middle of the city. We loved the location. The hotel's owner also organised for us a self guided trip to Yadang and many other places. We enjoyed the flexibility and very reasonable price. He also helped us to plan the rest of our itinerary from Dunhuang to Xining. So helpful and friendly. The staff was ever so friendly, courteous and helpful, even helped us to do laundry. The room was very spacious with modern facilities. The bed was very comfortable. In summary, we had an ultra wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

There were a few new hotels opening in the area, some people would prefer immaculate developed touristy area, we quite like this comfortable, still quaint area with a village-feel atmosphere. There were no noise from any construction nearby.

Der Flughafentransfer-Service ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr gut. Der Chinesischedatlebaum im Hotel ist sehr charmant.
