The host was very welcoming and pleasant person. He gave us plenty of useful recommendations, and was always here to help. And he's just a nice person to communicate with:) The kitchen was fully equipped, and had variety of food to use for breakfast. Also plates were beautiful:)) Nice spacious dining room. Washing machine. Bathroom was clean and stuffed with shower gels/shampoo. Overall 10/10.

Location was good, and host was great. Having a fan in the room was a big plus
bathroom shower could use a screen or curtain to avoid water splashing to the floor

Зустріли нас дуже швидко номер виглядає охайним та зручним,нам дали смачну вечерю яка не входила за що ми вдячні за це тому що ми довго були в путі,є тепла вода охайний санвузол і можна використовувати для гігієни,Прийняли нас без знання Італійської та Англійської.Сніданок був чудовий))))

The host is very friendly and the place is clean. The bathroom is decent and fulfilled our needs. Breakfast was basic (pre-packed croissants and cookies, possibility to make drinks) but it was sufficient for us.
The appartment is next to a very busy street and has no AC. If you're visiting during a heat wave, it is quite difficult to sleep there due to having to choose between a very warm room or loud noise from the street.
