Excellent location, only a 5 minute walk to the Piazza Maggiore plus a short walk from the bus stop to and from railway station
The check-in procedure was far more difficult than it should have been. Communication was generally poor. We did not get quick responses to our requests for information so we’re left outside the building in high temperatures until the host replied. The link we were given on booking.com message service would not open. We had to hunt around to find the correct person to provide info. Once we received instructions things went well.
Unfortunately the power went off in the middle of the first night. We advised the host in the morning but did not hear back from them until mid afternoon when we retuned to the property to find the power was back on. There were no hiccups to the rest of our stay

The apartment was clean and tidy. There is everything needed in the kitchen. It's on a 15-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore. There are 2 supermarkets, restaurant and coffee shop with food on 2 minutes from the place. The check-in was easy and fast.
There is only one window which is in the bedroom and it's not possible to air the living room. This is most noticeable when you cook something because the kitchen hood is not working very well.
