Location was an only a little walk to Liverpool one which was great. Apartment has everything we could need as a family of 5. Nicely decorated as well, lots of lamps, underfloor heating, decent kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine with clothes dryer rack. Fridge decent size too. Rooms had somewhere where we could put some clothes. Tv had Netflix which was great as we were all looking forward to watching the new season of stranger things while there!
Check in information was fantastic, very clear instructions were given and great that it had a parking spot around the corner for us!
Noise from people entering building, doors were really loud and walls not super thick.
Mattress on beds weren’t the greatest in terms of comfort but everything clean.
Sometimes felt really stuffy as we couldn’t open windows to let some fresh air in.

Really great location, very nice property with comfortable beds. Having parking near to the property is a big bonus. The instructions to access keys, parking and flat were spot on - step by step instructions making it really easy to do everything.

The property was well decorated and the layout and space was fantastic. It had two bathrooms and much more facilities than you could ever need, they even supplied washing capsules for the washing machine/dish washer, tea, coffee etc. The apartment was very clean and nothing was grubby or old, it was very nice. Our living room patio door went on to a terrace which was huge, would be great if you had kids to let them play as private and enclosed, a real treat.
Entry was very easy with the drop box for a key, the directions/info sent by Andy was brilliant and he was at the end of the phone if you needed him and extremely helpful. The parking with the apartment was super and saved a fortune looking for parking. I would definitely book to stay here again, the location was perfect, next to everything but still quiet.

Would like more formal fire evacuation procedures detailed as while there was smoke / heat detectors etc - there were no instructions on what to do on an emergency. The windows could not be opened in a manner that would allow escape as far as I could see (onto flat area that could be accessed by the porch doors, for example?). When you travel with children this stuff is important to know !
When we arrived the place was absolutely boiling and didn't cool down for many hours. I had to use AI and take a pic of the thermostat setup and then get instructions so to turn the heating off. One of the supplied fans didn't work but I fixed it.
One of the flats outside in the hall had been getting work done and the hall and unfortunately the carpet outside the flat was plasterboard marked. Strong smells were evident in hall too but this got better fairly quickly.
