Le ville sono molto belle, proprio come nelle foto. Apparentemente, sono stupende: sembrano perfette. La posizione è buona. La piscina è gradevole. Gli spazi sono estremamente ampi, l’arredamento è curato, i letti e i cuscini sono grandissimi e comodissimi. È tutto molto nuovo, gli armadi sono immensi, l’aria condizionata funziona bene.
La struttura non è molto pulita, a terra ci sono molti capelli e anche la lavanderia non è sempre impeccabile.
Non ci sono spazi comuni ed è difficile interagire di persona con il personale, che non è molto presente dal vivo, soprattutto quello di pulizia e al check out.
Mi dispiace che una struttura debba risentire di un problema più generale di tutta la zona, ma la questione dei bagni è un grande minus: appena si accende l’acqua da qualunque rubinetto, si attiva la pompa della pressione dell’acqua che fa un rumore molto forte svegliando chiunque. Il bagno a piano terra puzza di fogna.
In generale, la pulizia non è il massimo: vetri, pavimenti, televisione, specchi, divani. Tutto è un po’ sporco.
La cucina è molto poco fornita: molti mobili, tutti vuoti.
Credo che anche il frigorifero potesse essere riempito meglio.
La presenza di un riferimento capace di parlare bene inglese e gestire rapidamente i problemi sarebbe gradita.

Great stay at Novea Townhouses in Bingin! The location is good — walking distance to Bingin Beach, with easy access to the cliff restaurants and the relaxed surf vibe of the area. The townhouse is spacious, well-designed, and comfortable. Good AC, nice common areas, and a responsive host.
A couple of things the host could improve: both bathrooms have a sewage smell and the first-floor shower drains poorly, which does take away a bit from the experience. The WiFi was also a little intermittent. Minor things, but worth mentioning for a property at this price point.
