The property being on the first floor was nice. Big balcony. Dark bedrooms. Very responsive owner. Air conditioning works great!
Condo needs some attention. One of the balcony doors is off the tracks so we couldn’t use that door. Wallpaper peeling and ceiling cracking. Furniture is not comfortable.

The room was clean and fairly spacious for our group of 5. Kitchen seemed to be decently stocked with supplies. The room was on the bottom floor so no waiting on the elevator or using the steps and it was only about 4 apartments away from one of the pools and beach access so we were up and at it every day!
Not much of a view from the balcony and the room was dated in terms of furniture and cabinetry. Parking can be limited at times. Not sure on the twin beds but the king size Mattress was very firm.
