Experience island living at its finest in this beautifully crafted new construction home located in the gated Harbour Key community on Harbor Island. This coastal-inspired 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience—ideal for families and couples. This home sleeps 7 guests.
Step inside to an open-concept living and kitchen area, fully equipped for your stay with a gas stove, modern appliances, and seating for four at the spacious kitchen island. The coastal décor and thoughtful design make every space feel like a getaway.
The first-floor primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A convenient half-bath is located just off the kitchen.
Upstairs, you'll find two guest bedrooms: one is a bunk room perfect for the kids with its own ensuite bath and walk-in shower, while the second is a second primary suite with a king bed, walk-in shower, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Each bedroom includes a Smart TV, providing entertainment for everyone in your group.
Enjoy peaceful mornings and relaxing evenings on the outdoor deck, complete with rocking chairs, a sectional sofa, ceiling fans, and stunning sunrise views—the perfect spot for coffee and a good book.
After a long day on the beach, guests have access to an outdoor shower.

There is a 4 seater golf cart available for rent!
Please note: There is a separate gate for Harbour Key. You will have to push the call button and let the security gate know which property you are going to.
Guests must be 25 years of age to book this home.
** Please note there is enough parking for up to 2 vehicles at this property.
Harbor Island Owners Association requires a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island, and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.

Disappointed that there was no outdoor grill. Should not have to pay for parking. Of all the beach houses I’ve rented over the years, this is the only place I had to pay for parking at the house.
