Make this three (3) bedroom/two and a half bath (2.5) home your home away from home on beautiful Fripp Island. Take in views of the golf course and the Atlantic Ocean from the front porch. Sleeps 10. This home is located on quiet Porpoise Circle just off of Porpoise Road and is a short golf cart ride to several beach access points (1A-8). Furnished in coastal décor and muted tones, this warm and inviting home is only minutes from the beach via Golf Cart. The screened in back patio and open deck along with the covered front porch allows for enjoying the cool evenings on Fripp and taking in the fresh sea breezes. The main level of the home offers a spacious living room with seating for ten (10) and a 65” smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4, half bath, dining room with seating for 6, access to the open back deck and a screened in porch (both with seating). Living room has Queen sleeper convertible sofa. The upper level offers a master bedroom with king bed, walk in closet, 36” TV (with streaming svc), private bathroom with two (2) sinks, stall shower and a large soaker tub. There are two (2) additional bedrooms with one (1) queen bed and two (2) full size beds. A second bathroom with tub/shower combination and single sink. Bed and bath linens are provided with the rental. ***Recent updates include: lower patio area with seating, upper deck area seating, desk/chair (remote work friendly with Hi-speed WiFi)*** A six (6) passenger Golf Cart is available for rental with property. Please inquire about pricing. Golf carts are a great way to get around the island. Your rental includes amenity cards for up to 6 people (a value of $300); a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation. This resort fee will only be added if you choose to have amenity cards. Additional cards are available for purchase if desired. Fripp Island Resort's Club amenity cards allow guests to access the racquet club, golf courses, pools, rent water sports equipment and dine in the various restaurants on the island. Additional guest amenity cards are offered as follows: Memorial Day-Labor Day: $50/person (4-7 day), $35/person (1-4 day); Fall, Winter, and Spring: $35/person (4-7 day), $25/person (1-4 day). Each guest over the age of 12 must have in their possession an amenity card to use the resort facilities. Please note, Guests do not have to buy amenity cards! You can enjoy the beach, the bike paths, and the shops without an amenity card. There are many wonderful restaurants, golf courses, bike rentals, golf cart rentals, and tennis courts off of the island. Please check with us or the Beaufort, South Carolina Chamber of Commerce for more information. ***First Responder, Military/Veteran discounts are available, certain restrictions apply. Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

My family and I absolutely had an amazing week. The house was perfect for our family. The neighborhood was so nice. The neighbors were so nice. My grandsons loved all the wildlife. It was so nice to be able to set as a family of 8 at the dining room table. Kitchen had everything we needed. Again such an amazing week.

This was the perfect place for our family of six. It was super clean and quiet. It's located on a side road, so there's no traffic passing by all day. It's a 5-10 minute bike ride from all the action on Fripp. Highly recommended!

We booked this house very last minute. Location was amazing-we loved being able to walk 2 minutes down the road and have ocean views. We also enjoyed taking the golf cart out on daily rides. Also, the beds were insanely comfortable-we all slept so well. The home has been cosmetically updated but is definitely an older home. But overall, very nice stay and we had a great time!!
