1. Perfect location for walking to all the heritage locations.
2.we enjoyed meals provided in our booking.
3. The staff went over and beyond to assist us in our stay, such as the offer of transfers.
The central lighting in our room was very harsh.

Friendly, helpful staff, and courtesy bus available for transport around town.
Initially, no chair for this old man to sit on. But the staff quickly arranged that once I made a request.

Amazing ryokan style hotel near Nikko. The staff were SUPER friendly, the big suite style room was very spacious and nice, and the hotel in general was one of the best experiences of being in Japan. They take you everywhere anytime from the hotel in the free shuttle, I don't know what else you could be asking for if you're going to Nikko, honestly.
