Horrible condition

A/C worked Sitting on patio

The front door had to be slammed for it to shut. The couch was very uncomfortable with tape on the headrest and dirty. Could only take a lukewarm shower and the water smelt like sewage. The king size beds coils were broken so it felt like you were falling off the bed and it felt like the boards the mattress was on were broken. Hot water smelt like rotten eggs. The house looked like it was falling apart.

Like the cabin

The quiet location. Good price for the cabin space.

Did not have a coffee maker. Wi-fi. Would have been nice to have.

The house was overall dirty filthy dingy! Not clean at all!

Good location

The property itself was not clean!! It was very dirty and dingy. The floors weren’t clean. I wore my shoes in the house the whole time as the floors were so dirty there was stuff all over my socks when I tried to go without shoes. The beds weren’t clean, we had to put new sheets on the beds ourselves and there was hair and dirt on the sheets when we turned down the bed. The comforters both had dirt on the tops of them too. Found a couple dead roaches in the house! The area rug in the living room is filthy. The bath mat to step out onto looks like it came out of the trash! The couch wax leather and very dusty / dirty and was taped up all over the back. The house itself was outdated but would have been a decent place to stay for the price if they would have cleaned it! The deck has do much caked on dirt on the table you couldn’t use it. We would have made it a regular place to stay if it had been clean!! Maybe put a little effort into putting down a couple new cheap rugs instead of something that looks like it came out of the trash. Cleaner couch. JUST CLEAN IT! I did contact the owner and he claims he had it cleaned by a company before we came. But it was definitely not cleaned! Looked like it had been stayed in and not cleaned since last person. I did take pictures of everything dirty on arrival. Owner didn’t offer anything else other than “it had been cleaned and sorry for the inconvenience.. “Sad because it was perfect location, decent size, nice deck view, quiet area and we would have been regulars there if it had just been cleaned. It would only let me add 4 pictures, I have about 20 more showing everything.
