Location and living room area. Generally very nicely presented with IKEA style furnishings. Directions and access very easy to follow. If travelling on Hurtigruten or Ffiordline ferry it’s absolutely perfect. Easy short walk into city centre.
Shower room dated and needs attention. Lacks a washbasin in shower room. The room is small but with remodelling a small washbasin could be installed between the toilet and shower or alternatively a combo toilet & washbasin (where the washbasin sits over the cistern) could be installed making it much more functional and eliminates need to wash in kitchen sink. Outlook from the living room and kitchen windows into a small yard is depressing. The yard is unlikely to belong to the property owners but agreement may be possible to clean it up and add a plant or similar to uplift the space and view from windows. As expected being a heritage property soundproofing is not up to modern standards. If you have noisy neighbours you will hear them, we stayed during the University freshers week and had people returning during early hours of between 2am and 4am

L’emplacement est parfait et l’appartement très cosy.
La cuisine est pratique, manque juste un lavabo dans la sdb pour se raser c’est plus pratique. Néanmoins tt est sur place et en nombre suffisant.
Un petit rafraîchissement pourrait être envisagé, l’immeuble est très mal insonorisé, nous n’avons pas été gêné par nos voisins mais si certains sont moins discret ça peut être gênant. Les rideaux de la chambre sont trop petit pour occulter le soleil c’est dommage quand on aime dormir dans le noir.
