Hilary House holiday apartment is located in the village of Valdottavo, just a few kilometers from Lucca, and is perfect for an unforgettable getaway with your loved ones. The 60 m² property is part of a charming Liberty-style building from 1900 and features an entrance hall, living room with a large sofa bed (one and a half size), kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom, and two balconies, accommodating up to 4 guests. The apartment is air-conditioned, and the larger, livable balcony overlooks the lively village square. Around the building, you’ll find a minimarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, hairdresser, and two bars. The village is surrounded by green hills, offering a strategic location to visit art cities like Lucca, Pisa, Florence, and seaside destinations such as Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, and the entire Versilia, as well as renowned thermal towns like Montecatini Terme, Bagni di Lucca, and San Giuliano Terme. Free street parking is available in front of the house, with additional large parking areas nearby. Families with children are welcome; a crib and high chair can be provided on request. One pet is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The apartment is on the first floor, accessible via a short flight of a beautiful wrought-iron spiral staircase, with private access and entrance. The property offers an easy self-check-in system. Wi-Fi is not available.
