Nice apartment, clean and well equipped, in a modern building, conveniently located near the Kannon Temple in Asakusa, on its northern side, so 12-15 mn away from Asakusa station, but in a much more quiet area than to the south of the temple, yet close to restaurants and shops. One double bed and one sofa that can be used as extra bed. Manager was very reactive, although everything was conducted through digital booking platforms - actually I found I was getting almost too many messages (25 emails in total for a stay of 3 days). Room decoration was a bit more developed than at other places where we stayed, which tended to be 100% functional. The fact that there are no keys but only access codes is a plus in my view.
More flexibility in check-in / check out schedule would be nice. Check-in is at 4 pm, check-out at 10 am, and unlike other places where we stayed there was no practical option to leave our luggage in advance when we came, so we had to rely on an outside luggage storage service. This is optimized for cleaners and cleaning costs, not for customers.

I liked everything. Easy to access. Location was great. Plenty of space. Lots of neighborhood places to eat.

Very clean, located in a very quiet neighborhood with local vibes but walking distance to a busy area with many restaurants and bars.
