We stayed two nights in October 2026. The apartment is compact, but has great facilities. A decent kitchen with gas cooker, microwave and fridge. Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery provided. There's a washing machine and the bathroom can be turned into a drying room.
Location is a bit further west of Shinjuku. Chuo line rapid trains stop at Nakano. Also, there is a Marunouchi subway station nearby.
We visited Ghibli Museum in Mitaka and enjoyed lunch in Tachikawa.
It was super easy to get to Shinjuku and then Narita on the Narita express.
I know this was a miscommunication with the cleaners, but when we arrived a little before 7pm, the room was still being cleaned. This was not completed until after 8pm.
Communication from Triphome was via email.
There were too many emails without important information, in the lead up to the stay.
I was trying to find the important check-in information amongst the many emails in my inbox.
The low table and cushions look good in a photo, but really a small table and chairs would be more practical.
The quilt was barely bigger than the dimensions of the bed, so there was a tug-o-war.

Nada.
