The concept is nice — there is no staff and just a couple of cool public rooms: co-working space, kitchen and laundry. You basically do the self-serve, which is nice, as you can also do the laundry for free.
The check-in and room access is via codes, it was relatively easy and convenient.
The internet was good and co-working space could be used for some quick calls if really needed.
This is not a new hotel (while the pics might suggest it). It is a refurbished old one, and the majority of rooms (we also had friends living in other room) appear to be just slightly fancified rooms (not the ones they show on the website and on Booking!) with 15-year old design with lots of problems. For instance, we had major problems with our bathroom: there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the drain which never disappeared, the paint that covered the tiles was already coming off (they had opened a month prior to us arriving) and the worst part was that the shower was leaking like crazy because it was just badly designed; after a shower water was just all over the bathroom. They even got a special mop to clean up water so you supposedly have to take it and remove all water for a minute before drying yourself with a towel. We “fixed” it by putting a couple of towels to cover the leak — still, a bad design. This problem also appears to be universal as our friends had it too.
There is no cleaning service if you stay for less than a week, which is fine, but to take note of.
