The breakfast had lots of variety and fresh food. Everything was delicious. My room was upgraded, and the view from the window was lovely. The experience would have been different in a windowless room which I booked originally. Still however, the staff is very kind and helpful, room was perfectly clean and very comfortable - this will definitely be my go-to hotel in Stockholm, where quality of hotels tends to be quite unreliable.

Simple well designed comfortable single rooms. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The location is perfect for accessing transport, shops and restaurants. Lovely area for walking around.
Breakfast is a bit expensive

Hotel has amazing location, just behind is street full of shops, restaurant and coffee. Also T-Central for tram or metro is just 7 min by walk. Room was smaller but enough for one person. I had breakfast and they were delicious and lot of things to chose from.
During breakfast even if I made reservation for table there was waiting line. Some people instead of eating were sitting and chatting and holding spot for other guests. But overall breakfast were amazing.

The room was nice and cosy, it had comfortable beds and the shower was decent
We didn’t get the friendliest welcome when we arrived at the hotel. The receptionist was very short with us, with some eye rolling and sighing when I mistranslated something, I’m not a native swede, but my Swedish is quite good. We also got no information on breakfast or how to get our room cleaned, just got handed a piece of paper with a QR code and had to figure it out for ourselves.
When getting to the room it was nice, cosy, comfortable beds. The only thing it could use is a small refrigerator or something. We had a few groceries and drinks that would have been nice to keep cold, but that is what it is.
The breakfast was on another level of craziness. We got to the sign to wait to be seated. They asked our room number which was then scribbled down on a piece of plain paper with hundreds of other room numbers like the ramblings of a crazed Jack Torrance in the hotel in the Shining. Your breakfast could be a lot more organised with proper spreadsheets, plus one queue for breakfast would also make more sense, rather than having two separate queues on either side of the breakfast hall with only one member of staff.
We were then told that we could sit wherever we liked, to then being scalded for sitting at a table for six, then we moved and then told off for sitting at a table with a red dot rather than a green dot… so was moved three times before sat at a table for four with another couple staying at the hotel, which isn’t fun if you like to have a nice calm breakfast in the morning, we felt we couldn’t talk to each other freely.
The hot breakfast was cold, like dangerously around 8-9 degrees and the lids of the Dutch ovens that they were kept in were burning hot under the heating element, if you weren’t careful you would end up with burnt fingers and quite possibly a bad case of the shits.
