Clean, spacious rooms, as described online. Very helpful & friendly staff. Added perks of airport transfer and breakfast included were great.
Location from city centre, 10 minute walk to nearest metro station. Housekeeping entered room during the afternoon even though we had put a do not disturb sign up on our door.

Breakfast was great, good selection of food and drinks but didn’t have decaf coffee :( apart from that all good
Unfortunately we couldn’t use the spa or swimming pool as it was charged separately, it’s ok not to use the spa but at least the swimming pool would be nice. In our room the telephone wasn’t working so if we needed anything else we had to go to the receptionist and we were in the 9th floor! To be up and down. We reported the faulty but it wasn’t sorted.

Location to nearby stations was good, it was a quiet area and easy to fins
The bathroom roof was dilapidated a bit, there were signs of mould, there was a lot of dirt by the air vent and no temperature control in the room. Vent in the bathroom couldnt be turned off, door in the bathroom was very flimsy. Felt the value for money was frankly shocking for a similar level hotel previously stayed at with far better amenities for the same price. There was also a surprising lack of plug sockets in the room.
