Location! Although not in the “center”, it’s actually The Center!! Right in the middle of Hagenpark! Heaven on Earth! Amazing! Great afternoon walks! And the 67 Bus is available every 20 minutes for ONLY 1 SEK! Public transportation in this country works amazingly! The Spa is from another world! Great experience!

The localization is really nice. Even though I will not come to this hotel again and I will not recommend it.

Except of weekend during breakfasts it was necessary to ask about some food from the buffet because plates were empty. We were travelling with a small dog and all the time somebody didn't like that she was with us, even out of the restaurant, we were told we can not eat there. The same stay we were as well in another hotel which accepts dogs and she could be with us everywhere. There was no option during the good weather to use umbrellas and tables outside, they were staying all the time empty. And the last day after the check out they told us we can not stay in the lobby or restaurant in the hotel so we had to leave to the airport few hours before we planned.
