The worst experience we’ve had in Myrtle Beach!!! Dishonest management company!

Good location

Only problems since the beginning. They asked for my credit card number over the phone to collect deposit (booking.com specifically says not to provide it!!). We reported that the TV was broken within minutes of our arrival (have pictures and video of the issue and my chat with them). Now they are trying to tell us that we broke it. Place was so small. Bathroom was tiny and since they don’t change towels during the stay, it made it very uncomfortable. The worst place we have ever stayed in Myrtle Beach and we stayed in at least 10 different places (first time with our dog and that was the reason why we chose it). Be aware of this dishonest management company. Booking.com was very helpful with trying to resolve this issue.

For the money spent it was a disappointment.

The location was good and pet friendly.

The room was clean upon arrival but the bed was hard. No air condition on elevator. No clean towels or extra toilet paper given during stay besides what was already initially there upon arrival. It was 3 adults for 4 days and we were given a total of 4 towels entire stay. No cleaning service or offering if anything during stay. Front desk was not helpful. No way to contact staff unless emergency situation. Front desk kept saying it was other owners and no support. No beach towels were supplied. I fell in shower no response for a injury report. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. A roach welcomed us when we entered the room. No sheets on one of the beds. Only a mattress pad and comforter. Didn’t realize it until it was time for bed and no compensation. Overpriced terribly.
