- Location to restaurants, bars, laundrette etc
- Convenient location to underground stations to reach central Milan
- Decor is fresh & imaginative
- Location is secure with security gate to access the rear and a reassuringly secure lock to access the studio apartment
- The coffee machine and indiction hob were not functional
- The lack of an iron and ironing board
- Dropping the key at the supermarket upon departure. Could the cleaner drop off keys after preparation
- TV could be smarter / Wi-Fi connected to allow phone media to be streamed

The location was fab the apartment was lovely and cosy well equipt and clean with fresh towels. I had read some terrible reviews after i booked which had me very worried about the stay but i honestly dont know what peopl were talking about . Its located in a great area oposite a great bar Rhobus milano . 5 mins from shop and isola metro station. Some reviews said it was dark and smelly but it wasnt at all. If you open the window it lets in light and on a night there is a remote controlled bright ring lamp. Absolutely perfect.
You have to collect keys from a lock box in a shop which is fine but check in details are not given till 15.00 as we arrived slightly before this we didnt realise it would have been better to know this prior to check in

Il loft bello, ben strutturato, ben arredato
Da l'impressione di essere poco curato nei dettagli. Le prese tutte staccate non pratiche. La macchina del caffè di un tipo, le cialde di un altra marca. Non c'erano tazzine. L'entrata praticamente in un cantiere. Il giorno stesso dell'arrivo, alle 15 avrebbero dovuto mandare il codice per andare a prendere la chiave in un market a 500 m. ma non hanno mandato nulla ed ho dovuto chiamare al numero dedicato un paio di volte prima di avere il link con le istruzioni di accesso. Poca cura in generale su tutto.

Location was very convenient, easy access to the train station and multiple metro and tram lines making it very convenient to get around. Lots of local food options too. The air conditioning worked really well too.
The place internally was a little bit tired, a lot of the lights were in poor condition, especially the bathroom light which appeared to have been fixed temporarily. The shower head was also a little worn out and the shower door seemed to leak onto the floor. The fold-out couch was also probably more comfortable than the main loft bed which was a foam mattress on a frame
