Anche brevissima: indimenticabile, per la semplicità e la cordialità delle persone del posto!

Non era prevista la colazione, ma già sapevamo, abbiamo scelto la struttura proprio per questo. Posizione ottimale, pochi passi dal mare. Tutto a meraviglia e a portata di mano, anche il supermercato!

Non c'è niente da migliorare se si vuole vivere una vacanza di mare e relax assoluto. Non mi è piaciuto dover andar via. Penso che presto faremo ritorno!

Carino, ma da non ripetere

I PRO della struttura, invece, sono certamente la vicinanza al mare e l'arredamento moderno (frigo a parte). Carino, ma da non ripetere.

Ho prenotato una vacanza per i miei genitori nella struttura Fronte mare alba chiara - Apulia Houses & Flats e non vedevo l'ora che i miei potessero finalmente riposarsi dopo anni dalla loro ultima vacanza. Ho scelto questa struttura affidandomi alle foto e alle recensioni, dal momento che non avevo altri strumenti. Qualche giorno prima del soggiorno faccio il check-in online e ricevo un messaggio in cui mi viene detto che i miei sarebbero stati accolti in struttura dal proprietario o da uno dei suoi collaboratori (veniva anche fornito il numero di telefono). Arrivati in struttura, non c'è nessuno ad attenderli. I miei genitori chiamano il proprietario, il quale gli dice che non ci sarà nessuna accoglienza in persona, dal momento che sarà sufficiente entrare in casa (la porta era aperta) e prendere le chiavi dell'appartamento da un mobile situato all'interno dell'abitazione. Fanno come gli era stato detto ma, appena entrano in casa, si rendono conto che l'appartamento non era stato pulito, né minimamente preparato per il loro arrivo. Richiamano il proprietario, il quale provvede a trovare un'agenzia di pulizie che possa intervenire immediatamente. Arrivano due donne delle pulizie che in poco tempo "puliscono" casa e la consegnano ai miei. Inutile dire che il livello di pulizia non è stato soddisfacente: - superfici ancora sporche; - piatto doccia con ancora qualche capello/pelo; - federe dei cuscini che, seppur pulite, sono state applicate su dei cuscini gialli (sudati); Ma non finisce qui. Il frigo ha dato problemi e non raffreddava. Abbiamo chiesto intervento immediato e ci hanno detto di rimuovere la presa, attendere e riattaccarla. La casa non disponeva di tutte le stoviglie, contrariamente a quello che ci era stato detto e mancavano anche scopa, paletta, secchio e mocio.

Non era prevista la colazione, ma già sapevamo, abbiamo scelto la struttura proprio per questo. Posizione ottimale, pochi passi dal mare. Tutto a meraviglia e a portata di mano, anche il supermercato!

Non c'è niente da migliorare se si vuole vivere una vacanza di mare e relax assoluto. Non mi è piaciuto dover andar via. Penso che presto faremo ritorno!
