About this house rental
Nestled in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood, this new 2023 home, features luxurious Purple beds, stylish modern furnishings, and spacious living areas. Enjoy lightning-fast fiber internet (Orbi), ample parking, and a BYO video game room. Unwind in the private spa with sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, and relaxation chairs—or gather around the fire pit. The large deck is perfect for barbecuing, complete with a grill and Traeger. Ideal for a relaxing, secure, and unforgettable getaway.
*Home is powered by solar panels + full backup. You will have electricity even if the power goes out for all essentials - fridge, lights, plugs.
**SPA - Before using the SPA, everyone must sign a waiver; otherwise you're not permitted into that area.
***All beds are purple beds, except 1 twin bed that is Tuft & Needle. All premium beds.

The house and amenities were excellent. Very clean, well stocked, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking Thanksgiving dinner!The outdoor spa area was great! Hot tub & sauna, followed by a “cold plunge” provided a great night sleep behind the blackout curtains. Could not be happier, would, and will, stay again!Thanks!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was so clean and beautifully done. We looked forward to going back to the house every time we left. We had our 18 month old with us and the master was perfect. The rocking chair was our saving grace! The kitchen was beautiful and the setup was great for hanging out with family. We will definitely return and stay here when we visit our family in UT. Thiago was a great host and so so communicative!

The house was perfect. Very open feel and the best beds we have had in a rental. The hosts were amazing and very responsive.
