Located in Piney Creek, spend time with nature in this 2-bedroom farmhouse apartment. With 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, guests can relax in this terrific and soothing retreat. We are a working farm so we let you get as involved as you wish to, whether it’s feeding, petting, caring for, or just admiring from afar. Heating, WiFi, and a hair dryer are provided for convenience. Experience what Piney Creek has to offer with a stay at our farmhouse. Just 4 miles from New River tubing/canoeing,17 miles to Stone Mountain & Grayson Highlands wild ponies, 35 miles to snow tubing/skiing, many wineries and other entertaining activities.

Very clean, quiet and well appointed. All the sweet animals were a bonus! I would definitely plan to stay here again! The host (Kimberly) was so sweet and chatted with me before I left. Highly recommend!

We had a quick overnight stay for a business trip! Wish we’d had more time to experience petting and feeding the farm animals! Kimberly is a gracious host and very attentive!Highly recommend a stay here if you in the area!

Our 8-day stay was wonderful; the apartment is exactly as described, and even better, super clean and convenient, it has everything for your stay. The farm is large, full of animals that you can pet and feed, my 3 children enjoyed this, as well as collecting eggs in the mornings, enjoying the fresh mountain air, playing in the playground, petting and feeding the goats, and I enjoyed my freshly brewed coffee every morning while taking in the cool, sunny mountain sunrise. There are many things to do nearby; almost everything is within an hour's drive. We visited vineyards, the Appalachian Mountains where we skied, and we visited Blowing Rock, Boone and Banner Elk where my children could enjoy the snow. Kimberly is a great hostess, always attentive to your needs, offering advice on places to visit and being attentive to any need you may have.
