La vista al lago es muy bonita.
El personal super querido y muy fácil el proceso de check in.
La ropa de cama, los baños y las toallas estaban limpias.
El hotel en realidad es un roadside motel remodelado. Las habitaciones se sentían muy humedas, el piso estaba super sucio, mis medias blancas quedaron negras 😕
El sifón de una de las duchas de los cuartos que tomamos estaba tapado.
El desayuno muy flojito. No tenían nada de proteínas y la mayoría de las opciones tenían mucho azúcar.
Te cobran un deposito de 150 USD del que no sabia antes de reservar...

Las habitaciones están nuevas. El personal es muy amable. Nos prestaron bicicletas gratuitamente. Es un hotel muy cómodo.
Podrían incorporar algo de proteínas en el desayuno.

Location was ok for our needs it’s close to the parks if you have a car.
It’s a motel not a hotel. The hotel overcharged me claiming it was a resort fee, for WiFi, parking, breakfast yet all that was listed and included in my booking. Booking.com online customer support did not respond and still haven’t! I stood my ground and got it refunded I felt scammed.
The bed is too small for two people. The floor hadn’t been washed as my feet were black from walking on it. Some of the staff shouldn’t be on reception. Lady who checked us in was very nice but second night she was just gruff.
