Great location
Took awhile for the AC to get going but it was really hot that day so it just took longer to get cooler

I love that it was cozy I love, close with the pool right in the middle and not a lot of people. It was close to downtown and through the back gate was the beach.
The couch is very hard and not comfortable to sit on and the TV in the bedroom would not connect to the Internet. I would also suggest a larger TV in the living room. Lastly, the pillows on the bed are way too big and not comfortable to sleep on.
