La ubicación está muy buena, cercana a dos estaciones de metro, zona concurrida, con varios lugares para desayunar y comer. El apartamento estaba muy limpio . Muy claras las instrucciones para abrir las puertas.
La bañera del baño es muy alta para,ingresar y salir, un tanto peligrosa para personas de más de 60 años. El secador de pelo no funcionaba y no pudimos encender las hornallas de la cocina; aclaro que no nos comunicamos con el dueño por este motivo, tal vez lo hubiera solucionado, pero son cosas que se deberían controlar antes de entregar el apartamento en alquiler. En el dormitorio no había aire acondicionado e hicieron días de más de 30 grados, se hubiera necesitado. No habían palillos para colgar la ropa lavada ni repasadores en la cocina, sí había artículos de limpieza. El sillón cama no era muy cómodo.

The apartment was small with little space around the bed and access to the washing machine was poor.
The hanging area for clothes in the wardrobe was overly high making it useless to use.
The apartment lacked little touches -no microwave no toaster no large knives old power points and the kettle did not fit the restricted power point on the kitchen bench.
The range hood cover was missing and the vanity in the bathroom was missing a door knob.
Having said that the location was good the area was nice and with a few simple touches the rating would be a 9.
The lack of finishing touches to the unit.
