Situated in Lower Grand Lagoon, this lovely house for $86 per night is a great choice for your next break. Summary: We invite you to experience the sandy white beaches of PCB with your family and friends! This is the perfect beach getaway property for you and your party! Unit B: + Sleeps 10 people in beds. Listed as 4 folks because the upstairs ceiling is 6 ft tall. Best for children. + Fantastic location only 3 blocks from the beach. + 2 off street parking spots, accommodations for 1 extra vehicle can be made with advance approval from owner + Easy boating access into the Gulf of Mexico from the Bay The Space: Unit B: This is one unit in a very large triplex just a few blocks to the beach. This two-story unit has 3 bedrooms (which sleeps 6) and a queen and full sleeper sofa in the upstairs and downstairs living room area (sleeps 4). So - the unit can sleep a total of 10 people in beds! This entire building has just been refurbished completely inside and out. New roof, exterior, AC units as well. New paint inside and out, all new flooring, appliances, and hot water heaters. Unit B Layout: The downstairs has one queen bedroom, kitchen, Living Room with queen pull-out sleeper sofa, 2 full size bathrooms (one has bath + shower and the other has a shower only.) Upstairs (second floor) is where you will find the mentioned 2 bedrooms and Full size Futon. Please note the second floor has a lower ceilings of 6ft, ideally suited for young children, so if you plan on having adults upstairs be sure to advise them they may need to duck their head. Guest Access: Key-less front door entry. The Neighborhood: + Friendly beach neighborhood with a laid-back lifestyle. + Walk-ability to the beach on the Panhandle. + Close to the bay with boat access. + Close to nightlife, entertainment, golf courses and many tourist attractions. The house was a lot bigger and comfortable than expected! The upstairs has shorter ceilings but so much more spacious than we originally thought. Perfect location. The house is connected to the two units on each side which we loved ! We spent a lot of time with them. Got a chance to meet the owner as well! We will definetly be back anytime we’re in Panama

I will start with, the property owner gave a refund for 2 of our 3 nights per our agreement. However i want to list our issues with the stay. The property was not clean.(not owners fault but property managers) most of the problems are at the hands of the property management. The air conditioner was not operational when we arrived. We called and the solution was to move us for the night to an adjacent unit. We finally agreed. The unit we slept in was terrible. Broken beds. Nasty sheets. GROSS coffee pot. We washed all sheets and left the units in better condition than we found them. Grass outside of unit was waist high. ALL patio furniture was broken. The photos for the property are deceiving. The upstairs ceiling is 5foot5inches tall. If you are any taller, you cannot stand upright upstairs.

This place has everything! Beach cart/wagon, scooters,grill. Outside showers to rinse away the sand. Reese was super helpful. Can't wait to come back!
