Very cute and easy check-in. We liked the courtyard area to hang outside in the sun. Very close to the BART.
The area felt a little sketchy late at night (like 11pm) walking home, so just be aware. Daytime it was fine.

Was given an upgrade and a quieter room that was a little smaller (Not a big deal) so that I could check in early which was so nice! I also wasn't charged more for this gesture by the front desk! The room faces the courtyard. I could hear people talking during day hours, but at night it was totally silent. The only thing to note is that there is no elevator that I saw. You'll have to carry your bags up a moderate set of stairs. Just keep that in mind. Location was awesome. I walked everywhere. Great restaurants nearby as well as bars. I will definitely be back!
Oh! Also the coffee bar was EXCELLENT! I appreciated that SO MUCH!!!

Clean, comfortable room. While not large, it was well laid out. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Close to BART and not too far from Jack London Square.
Not a problem for me, but if you don’t like stairs, you may want to avoid. I liked the exercise getting to the second floor.

Very clean with friendly helpful staff. Nice atmosphere. The room was very nice except for the bathroom door.
Parking was an issue. There was no room in the lot for us the first night so we were informed of a fenced lot around the corner for 20 dollars. The next morning three or four of the cars in the lot had been robbed including catalytic converters. A warning to sign up for hotel parking might have helped.
The bathroom "barn sliding" door was awful!
