It truly was one of the best villas I have ever stayed in. The attention to detail from the staff, the friendliness of the staff and the ammenities were incredible. The villa itself is beautiful and spacious plus the furniture is high-end. Some of the details that made a difference were that the wall outlet fits any plug which is a plus so you don't need to take any adaptors for your things, the fridge comes stocked with soft drinks, beer and alcohol, juices, and they also have snacks (all available to grab and they charge you afterwards). You have the ability to order groceries from them and they collect and send it to your villa for you. They give you complementary coffee pods which is a bonus. The bathrooms come with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which were amazing. Everything was carefully thought out.
The best part of the experience was definitely the staff, especially Krisna. She was truly one of the best and friendliest person they are lucky to have her.
I couldn't recommend this place more! I would 100% come back and stay with them again.

It’s very new, spacious and the interior design is very modern but still homey. The beds were super comfortable and the welcome of the two kitties at the reception was a cute surprise
The communication and attention to detail from the staff doesn’t fully match luxury experience that should come with this villa.
Before arriving I asked two times if we could check in early. They said it was no problem if our villa was ready. When we got to the reception I was bluntly told “No, checkin is at 2pm” by one member of staff and then all of a sudden, when this was not mentioned before we had to pay 500.000idr to check in early. We decided to just go out for food and they promised us that they text as soon as the villa was ready. Never got a text…
The pool wasn’t cleaned. I understand that wind can bring in small leaves even after cleaning, but there was a gooey layer stuck over the tiles on the stairs and plateau. The terrace also wasn’t swept.
Lastly; when we left to go for lunch someone (first it was said to be a guest, later the owner??) took one of our helmets and didn’t return it to late in the evening. Maybe it’s a difference in customs, but I think I shouldn’t have to assume someone just randomly takes a helmet when I leave behind my own.
