Everything. Staff were amazing - made everything so seamless. Location was fantastic - only a short drive into the main areas of Uluwatu. Villa itself was lovely - exactly like the pictures and even slightly bigger. Loved our stay here.

My girlfriend and I travelled to Uluwatu for a much-needed break. I have stayed in many villas in Bali, and this one was one I would return to. The hosts, the food, the cleanliness, and the comfort of the villas were all amazing!! We will be back. Thank you :))
Maybe better signage for gojeks / or drivers to find the location, but it is all new and I am sure it will all change.

The communication and service from the team were exceptional from arranging airport transfer, quick check in process, daily check in and cleanliness! The villa is exactly like the photos except in person was surreal with the space and beautiful design! I really recommend this place if you want to feel like home with great hospitality especially from Yuli!!

It’s very new, spacious and the interior design is very modern but still homey. The beds were super comfortable and the welcome of the two kitties at the reception was a cute surprise
The communication and attention to detail from the staff doesn’t fully match luxury experience that should come with this villa.
Before arriving I asked two times if we could check in early. They said it was no problem if our villa was ready. When we got to the reception I was bluntly told “No, checkin is at 2pm” by one member of staff and then all of a sudden, when this was not mentioned before we had to pay 500.000idr to check in early. We decided to just go out for food and they promised us that they text as soon as the villa was ready. Never got a text…
The pool wasn’t cleaned. I understand that wind can bring in small leaves even after cleaning, but there was a gooey layer stuck over the tiles on the stairs and plateau. The terrace also wasn’t swept.
Lastly; when we left to go for lunch someone (first it was said to be a guest, later the owner??) took one of our helmets and didn’t return it to late in the evening. Maybe it’s a difference in customs, but I think I shouldn’t have to assume someone just randomly takes a helmet when I leave behind my own.
